Servers Russia Terms of Service
These terms explain how Servers Russia services are provided and what we expect from customers using our VPS, dedicated servers, RDP, web hosting, WordPress hosting and domain services. By ordering a service you agree to them. The full terms shown in the client area at reg.serversrussia.com take precedence over this summary wherever the two differ.
Services
We provide KVM virtual servers, Intel Xeon dedicated servers and RDP desktops in a Tier III datacenter in Moscow, Russia, and cPanel, Plesk and WordPress hosting from a datacenter in the Netherlands, together with domain registration. Services are provisioned and supported through the ServerSlot platform. Specifications and prices are those published on the plan tables at the time of your order.
Acceptable Use
You are responsible for everything hosted on or sent from your services. You must not use them for unlawful activity, spam or unsolicited bulk email, malware distribution, phishing, attacks on other networks, unauthorised access attempts or content that infringes the rights of others. On VPS, dedicated and RDP services with root or Administrator access, keeping the operating system and software secure is your responsibility. We may suspend a service that harms our network or other customers, and will contact you where practical.
Billing
Prices are listed in US dollars. VPS, dedicated and RDP services are billed monthly; web and WordPress hosting are billed yearly; domains are billed per registration period. We accept cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Services renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled, and unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and later termination.
Cancellation
You may cancel a service at any time from the client area. Dedicated servers carry no annual contract. Cancellation stops future renewals; after a service ends, its data is removed and cannot be recovered, so take copies beforehand. Domain registrations follow the rules of the relevant registry.
Backups
RAID storage protects against disk failure but is not a backup. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of data outside your service and for testing that they can be restored.
Liability
We work to keep services available, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the billing period in which the issue occurred.
Privacy
We use the details you provide to deliver services, process payments and answer support requests, and share them only where needed for that purpose, for example with domain registries. This website stores your theme choice and cookie preference in your browser. Essential cookies are always on because the site needs them to work. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept All Cookies" in the cookie banner.
Changes
We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of a service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
